One of my favorite things to do with the family is go to Lake Nona. It has everything that I need, fun activities, food and restaurants, live music, and most importantly.....a bar. What I find the most important when going out with the family is trying to find something that works for all ages. Our children are 5, 13, and 15 so it's not always an easy feat but for the most part we make it work especially if there's food involved.

With a family of 5 it is always difficult to find fun things to do that is economically sound while keeping the interest of the kiddos.
My personal favorite go to site is Groupon. I'm sure most like it but I overly LOVE the site. One of the areas that is popular in Orlando is Icon Park. It has many restaurants and bars but it also has an indoor arcade, aquarium, and wax museum. You don't have to drive to many places to be entertained, instead park one place and be thoroughly entertained all day.
We chose to go to Gordan Ramsay's new restaurant because it made its debut in August 2021 and we all love a good fish and chips, right? Then we went over to the train to take a spin around the park because my toddler practically begged to ride it. Overall we spent less than $100 and the kids thoroughly enjoyed getting out of the house for a bit.
